Management
Justin Choo, Ph.D.
Dr. Justin Choo was working as a researcher at the Data Mining Department of the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), A*STAR where he pursued his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the Department of Biochemistry, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). He has experience in bootstraping and formulating business strategies for a financial software startup to becoming profitable. He was the course coordinator for the S* Alliance, a non-profit entity joined by professors and researchers hailing from leading universities and institutes around the world. He was previously the treasurer for the Association of Medical and Bio-Informatics, Singapore (AMBIS). He provides consultation to Genewired, a young upstart focused on bridging between the right people and cutting-edge technologies.
Justin Tan
Mr. Justin Tan brings to the team his experience in leading teams to focus and deliver results within the shortest time. He was the group leader in OCBC Bank and FuturePerfect Consulting where he led his team in engaging high-net worth clients in Malaysia before setting up his own billboard advertising business. Prior to joining Knorex, Mr. Tan was the Country Sales Manager of ChartNexus Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) where he was instrumental in setting up the business and building up the team. Justin graduated with a B.Science in Computer Engineering from the Multimedia University (MMU), Malaysia. Justin explores new partnership with various potential clients and expand on our relationship with existing customers by introducing our new products and services to them.
Phan Dac Anh Huy
Mr. Phan Dac Anh Huy currently leads the effort in charting Knorex’s technology direction and systems architecture for the various core systems. Besides being an active software contributor to open source software projects, he also actively participates in programming competitions. He has won numerous awards and prizes including in Olympiad contests since his high school days. The most recent events saw him clinched the 1st-runner up in the CaptureTheFlag held at the 9th Annual HITB Security Conference, which was joined by international participants. He was also placed 2nd in the Singpath Python Tournament held at the Pycon Asia Pacific 2011 event. Mr. Phan received his Computer Science degree from the Post And Telecommunication Institute Of Technology (Ptit), Vietnam. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree at the School of Computing of NUS.
